KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI VE GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASI
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVK Kanunu”) uyarınca, kimliğinizi belirli veya belirlenebilir kılan her türlü bilginiz ve özel nitelikli kişisel verileriniz dahil kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu olarak Efe Kardeşler Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Şirket”) tarafından işlenebilecektir. Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi ise kişisel verilerin elde edilmesi, kaydedilmesi, depolanması, muhafaza edilmesi, değiştirilmesi, yeniden düzenlenmesi, açıklanması, aktarılması, sınıflandırılması, ya da kullanılmasının engellenmesi gibi veriler üzerinde gerçekleştirilen her türlü işlemi ifade etmektedir. Kişisel verileriniz; TTK, VUK, SGK, İş Kanunu, İSG Kanunu, Mesleki Yeterlilik Kurumu Kanunu, İş Yeri Hekimliği Yönetmeliği gibi yasal mevzuatlar kaynaklı yükümlülükler gereği yetkili kamu kurum/kuruluşlarına, finansal riskleri değerlendirmek amacıyla aracı finans kuruluşlarına, denetim süreçlerinin yürütülmesi amacıyla bağımsız denetim firmalarına, mesleki eğitim hizmeti verilen aracı eğitim kurumlarına, iş ortaklarımıza, iştirakler ve bağlı ortaklıklarımıza ve iş süreçlerimizde destek aldığımız yerel/uluslararası kuruluşlara, hukuki dayanaklar ve rızanız çerçevesinde aktarılabilecektir.

- Aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme

- Silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- İşlemenin kanuna aykırı olması halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme/p>
Efe Kardeşler Ambalaj San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. işbu gizlilik ve KVKK politikasını gerekli gördüğü durumlarda güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Güncellenen metin web sitemizde yayımlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer.
